VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT PROJECT ASSOCIATE


As our Virtual Environment (VE) Project Associate, you are responsible for managing the coordination of our virtual enterprise licenses contracts with vendors and acting as the internal point of contact.

Your Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing vendor relationships, contracts and licenses for our VE partners
  • Partnering with internal teams to understand their project needs and identifying the VE functionality and capabilities required for a successful virtual event.
  • Supporting internal teams as needed in building out the VE
  • Coordinating and managing a schedule of VE licenses to ensure they are correctly allocated
  • Supporting and planning for any project implementations
  • Acting as the internal point of contact for any VE-related questions
  • Training and educating internal team members on how to effectively use VE solutions to meet their program needs
  • Participating in and supporting our pricing model implementation and budget development for VE programs
  • Providing support to the Operations team a needed related to VE
  • Participating in new business/sales activities


You will have:

  • Comm / B.A./ BSc
  • At least 2 years of Project Management or Coordination experience
  • Experience with managing digital events
  • Strong digital and technical understanding (including platform and collaboration tools)
  • Strong budget management experience
  • Experience with Project Management software and tools (such as basecamp, jira, teamwork)
  • Strong organizational skills; sets priorities to meet operational deadlines; juggle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced – environment
  • Understanding and experience with basic web design
  • Experience with graphics and production would be ideal
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to build and maintain strong internal stakeholder relationships
  • Passion for working in a team environment coupled with strong communication skills
