In this dynamic newly created role, reporting to our Manager, People & Culture, as our Internal Communication Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the content, resources, key messages, and strategy needed to deliver an excellent employee experience within SDM’s People
& Culture group (P&C). You are a self starter, keen to ensure employees are kept informed and motivated as you collaborate with SDM’s Executive Team. You thrive on leading and supporting cross functional initiatives that enhance employee growth.
